Hotelul PLAYA din Viserbella Rimini este jalnic, suntem un grup de 9 persoane din care 4 copii, am fost tratati ca niște sclavi, umiliți, nu am acceptat umilința și am cerut banii înapoi pentru mâncare, patroana este o tipa care ii urăște pe romani, nea tot făcut șicane, ultima care a pus capac a fost acces ca nea mutat masa din interiorul restaurantului (zici ca e cantina) undeva afara pe un balcon foarte îngust, fără sa ne întrebe dacă dorim acest lucru, mâncarea [...] — citește
